What data is kept and why

As You Intend collects only the data required to run the product, including accounts, goals, schedules, recovery records, and payment information.

Data collected

This includes email, profile fields, goals and schedules, reviews, logs, and team invite records. For payments: order ID, payment key, payment method info, and approval timestamps are collected. Full card numbers are never stored.

Purpose of use

Data is used for authentication, sync, scoreboard calculations, recovery flows, support, and security. Payment data is used for subscription management, refund processing, and legal transaction record-keeping.

Third-party providers

Payment information is transmitted to TossPayments for payment processing. Their privacy policy is available on their service. Personal data is not shared with other third parties unless legally required.

Retention and deletion

Unless retention is legally required, data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for the service. Payment records are retained for 5 years per e-commerce regulations.
