When recurring billing opens, users should be able to cancel directly from settings or the billing surface.

Refund criteria

Refund windows and exceptions should reflect legal requirements, provider rules, and the service model.

Refund and cancellation questions should go to support@intender.app / Not provided.

Current state

The current billing provider is Billing pending. This policy should go live together with checkout.
