Terms
Core conditions for using the service
This page summarizes account use, acceptable behavior, payment, and subscription rules.
Unacceptable use
Spam, abusive automation, unauthorized data access, and service disruption are prohibited.
Billing and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are offered monthly (₩9,900) or yearly (₩99,000). Payments are processed via TossPayments and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. A 7-day free trial is available; no charge if canceled during the trial.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital content, full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service was not substantially used. Refunds are limited after 7 days or if usage history exists.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time during the current billing period. Upon cancellation, premium features remain accessible until the end of the current period, then downgrade to free. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to prevent the next charge.
Service interruption
Service may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or unavoidable incidents. Continuous outages exceeding 24 hours will extend the subscription period accordingly. At least 30 days notice will be given before service termination, with pro-rata refunds for unused time.
Suspension and termination
Accounts or features may be restricted for abuse, legal risk, or operational necessity.
